To extract the maximum benefit for a cup of Diabeta
Balance Tea Pour one cup of boiling water over 3/4 teaspoon of Diabeta
Balance Tea and steep five to seven minutes. No need to add sugar. A
twist of lime can be added to taste. Drink it warm twice a day one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner.
