What are my payment choices?
We accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Debit Cards and even Bank checks and Money Order. All amounts are US Dollars only.

May I pay using a check or a money order?
We will gladly accept personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks, or money orders; however such orders need to be placed by fax on a personal or company letterhead.
This letter should contain your full Billing name and address, Shipping name and address, the products and the quantity, with your check/money order details.
Your order will be processed only after the funds have been cleared which may take up to seven (7) business days, depending on the issuing bank. A $15.00 (Fifteen) fee will be charged to your account for returned checks.

When will my credit card be charged?
Once your order is placed we review it, followed by a phone verification process (for new customers or if we are unable to verify your information). After the order is reviewed and verified,
we approve your Order during which your Credit Card is charged and your order is sent to the fulfillment department for Shipping.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If the state in your shipping address is CA you will be charged Sales tax during the checkout process.
All other sales do not attract Sales Tax. Additionally, we will gladly credit back sales tax for government or resale institutions.
Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that in your order.

Important Points for refunds and returns:
- Please call us for an RMA number before you return the product(s).
- Please return the package using any reputed mail/courier service provider or any insured mail, as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to us.
- Please send a copy of the purchase order (along with the RMA number) and short courtesy explanation with the returned items.
- Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. Additional quantities of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund.
- Once we receive the returned/unused items in order, we will promptly refund your money for the unused portion less shipping & payment processing charges.
- Refund processing generally take up to 7 (seven) business days, after receiving the returns.
- Orders lost or damaged in transit are not eligilble for refunds, sorry.
